Girton Players is an amateur dramatics group, putting on one or two productions a year, usually at the Glebe School in Girton. Our next event will be a June 25th quiz night to raise funds for our appearing at the Edinburgh Festival fringe in August.  This will be followed by a murder mystery evening in October.
See Next Production for more details.

We also often enter the annual Cambridge Drama Festival, winning several prizes over the years, including winning the Festival outright in 2001. Our 2008 entry,  The Funeral of Macie Loverett, won the top prize in the UK Drama Association’s competition, the Geoffrey Whitworth Trophy.

You don't have to live in Girton to join - we have members from Cambridge, the surrounding villages and as far afield as Saffron Walden.

We always welcome new members, both as actors or to help backstage. Enthusiasm essential - Experience is NOT!

Or just come along and enjoy our Next Production
